A small list i wrote to keep some things in mind: 1. Clean clothes are the best thing ever. 2. To cook for two is way better than do it just for one. 3. Everybody hates ironing. 4. Husband loves me. 5. Doing the dishes every day, three times a day... Not funny, even though, keep doing it. 6. You don't know everything. You can't. 7. Store, store, store. 8. Check Pinterest more often. 9. "If we fail to plan, we plan to fail" - Arturo's saying. 10. Feel thankful for everything we  have, count our blessings.

Los primeros diez años de mi vida leí a mi papá: él escribía o escribe poesía. No he vuelto a hablar con él desde hace veintidos años, por lo menos, no hemos hablado seriamente de nada.  Soy zurda y tengo dislexia, entonces me costó algo más de trabajo aprender a leer y a escribir. Para ayudarme, mi mamá comenzó por comprarme cómics pero llegó un momento en el que dejaron de ser suficientes y comencé a leer novelas. Por esos tiempos leí por primera vez El Principito, Sherlock Holmes y Ágatha Christie.  Durante la adolescencia conocí a Jane Austen y Edgar Allan Poe a quienes no solté jamás, también leí al Quijote, El Aleph, Rayuela, casi todo de G. García Márquez, la mayoría de lo que leí siendo adolescente eran autores latinoamericanos. Y también llegó Como Agua para Chocolate que es sin duda, uno de mis libros favoritos de todos los años.  Siendo ya joven adulta comencé a leer a las hermanas Brontë, el romanticismo francés lo conocí con Víctor Hugo y comenc...
